Hotel J Pattaya

A clean and comfortable hotel to stay. Great for the price.

Very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large and beds firm but very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and helpful, however the property could perhaps invest in more sun loungers by the pool and the sun deck near the pool needs an overhaul.

I wasn't even at the steps to the hotel, and the staff came over to me and took my suitcase!! A great start! I met the front desk staff, and they checked me in super fast! And, when I turned around, the bell hop guy had already taken my suitcase up to my room!! I changed into my swimming trunks and got to the pool! A perfect pool! It's 1.5 meters deep. Perfect temperature. Lots of lounging chairs are available. It's just a gorgeous, clean hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!! If you need to feel like a special guest, come to Hotel J. Pattaya!! I am on my last day here at Hotel J Pattaya. I can tell you that the hotel is wonderful. I was here from Feb 4 to 18. The staff are incredible! SO FRIENDLY and helpful! The place is constantly being cleaned by someone. The rooms are fantastic. The place seems empty of people. Most times, the pool has nobody swimming in it. There's a separate kids' pool. It looks great! A gentle slide. Water guns mounted on the pool deck. Lots of floatie toys for the kids..life jackets too! Hardly anyone around. If you come here for some nightlife (at the hotel, I mean), there's none. The bar is closed. It's pretty quiet here at night. To get to downtown is only a mile walk (1.6 km). Twenty minute walk. That will take you right by the amazing Terminal 21 mall, which is just a half mile away! And just a quick walk up from the hotel is a 7-Eleven store to get snacks and liquor. There is no store in the hotel.

They advertised that there was a gym facility and upon arrival they informed us that the gym is closed for refurbishment. Staff English was very poor and communicating and asking for anything was a mission.

Every was nice and staff are really great full

The room is good, very spacious. Pools are okay, but I slid in one of the pools, the stairs are too slippery... It has no handrail. Staff seems to be unattentive. Food is okay.

Not bad for budget, far away from shopping area.7 min to walk to Terminal 21.

Front desk is quite nice and fast response. Room is standard, however sound of air condition is quite loud and noisy in whole night. Location is okay.

My partner reguested for some extra dishes and was shouted at by the one of the staff from the kitchen area.
