Hotel was ok but a little run down and the room was very small. Centrally located which was a positive but hotel could do with a makeover.

I think that it is important to note that you could take the express bus from Haneda airport and get off at the Hilton Tokyo and walk about two blocks to this hotel. That being said, the property was located within a two minute walk to the Shinjuku Nishiguchi station. The room that we stayed at was very tiny. We booked for three people, and we had for luggage and some backpacks and you have to be creative when opening your luggages. The breakfast had a great variety. The English speaking staff was very helpful and attentive to your needs. Hotels in Japan sometimes keep amenities in the lobby to be going up to your room be sure to pick up that shaver that you forgot the pack. Also, if you go out of hotel and make a right towards the closest train station, there is a drugstore that has no English sign but you could buy your souvenirs here if you don’t have a chance to go to the popular Donki stores. They also offer duty-free items. Overall, I am happy with my stay here.

I stayed for 11 days and I thought it was a great price and the location was great, the breakfast would have been great if they opened at least an hour earlier so we can enjoy it before our early tours.

This is in a great location, choir to a Metro line and Chuo Park, and McDonald's lol. Comfortable beds. No microwave but there's is an electric tea pot and coffee maker, and fridge. I liked that w got new water bottles every day with room service. I stayed here and also the Shijuku Washington Main Hotel and I liked this place better.

Welcomed when first entering the hotel, the staff were extremely helpful. The room was perfect, exactly what I paid for. Clean, air conditioning and size. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Kindly looked after my luggage when I checked out.
