The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you.

I've been staying here few times and it's always been clean and the staff being friendly and this time they gave me room no. 1 which is very convenient for me and my wife as we're elderly. The only thing missing was toothbrush otherwise everything else was provided. I've stayed at other accommodation in the area but this is the best .

The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet looks newly renovated. The staffs were friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping staffs.
