The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel and the room and the lobby were clean and well kept, very well located 7-eleven and other extra nearby amenities.

Been coming here since just after it opened. It needs an upgrade badly.
Has no dining apart from breakfast. Used to be a cafè on the ground floor but not anymore.
Probably won't be returning.
The staff were very friendly as usual.
Even one of the receptionists recognised us and has been there since the beginning.

The staff are friendly, smiling and courteous however, the room they assigned me was not cleaned properly even the head board is dusty and dirty. I have to clean it using the wipes I brought with me on the trip. Then the pillow is not comfy at all. The electric outlet is broken. Good thing when I approached the desk, they immediately insisted to have me transferred to a different room which i think is higher than I paid for. I had rested well during my stay. And I'm sure those minor concerns can still be improved. Thank you.

I wasn't bad, but on Expedia it said there was a microwave but when we arrived they no longer had it. It's not a 5 star Hotel, but for the money its ok.
