Mabolo Royal Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The main entrance needs paint, the room was clean until you opened curtains or cabinet doors or looked under couch or behind entertainment center, the blinds were broken and so was toilet seat! We asked to have room cleaned they didn’t change linen or give us towels and when we asked front desk for towels they said we will send them up so 2 hrs later I went down and night shift gave me 3 towels, and linen was clean but still dirty ! The breakfast was fine , decent price, room was as clean as everything else. Guards were always busy opening doors or mopping floors! Room did have working air con, but not all the lights !

The room was dirty behind every shade ,in cabinets ,the linen looked dirty , there was blood on comforter and sheet and bed a few of the roll up shades were busted at the bottom, they did replace about 4 lights while we were in the room , toilet seat was broken , couch was vinyl and ripped, if you looked behind anything it was dirty ! The breakfast was good , but the room was the same , busted and dirty ! The entrance needed a fresh coat of paint and the staff were friendly but we asked for towels and didn’t get them till we came down and asked again , house keeping only came if you asked and they didn’t replace towels or shampoo ! Plenty of good food near hotel and laundry service real close ! So convenient place to stay but not the cleanest

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel and the room and the lobby were clean and well kept, very well located 7-eleven and other extra nearby amenities.

Been coming here since just after it opened. It needs an upgrade badly. Has no dining apart from breakfast. Used to be a cafè on the ground floor but not anymore. Probably won't be returning. The staff were very friendly as usual. Even one of the receptionists recognised us and has been there since the beginning.

Not bad. 7/11 downstairs. Convenient

The staff are friendly, smiling and courteous however, the room they assigned me was not cleaned properly even the head board is dusty and dirty. I have to clean it using the wipes I brought with me on the trip. Then the pillow is not comfy at all. The electric outlet is broken. Good thing when I approached the desk, they immediately insisted to have me transferred to a different room which i think is higher than I paid for. I had rested well during my stay. And I'm sure those minor concerns can still be improved. Thank you.

I wasn't bad, but on Expedia it said there was a microwave but when we arrived they no longer had it. It's not a 5 star Hotel, but for the money its ok.
