Hampton by Hilton Gdansk Old Town

The hotel is perfectly located close restaurants, cafes and bars, and most key historic sites and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really good location in the old town, our room was floor one above a couple bars, which are not loud music bars, just people talking, usually we would ask to move room, however the windows seem to to do a good job of keeping noise out, just one night there seemed to be a rowdy bunch who woke me up, the bars closed at midnight Breakfast was ample for what we needed.

Getting there: Our Bolt dropped us at the side entrance of the hotel (next to a bar), rather than the main entrance Location: Excellent. It is in the middle of Old Town & right behind the main tourist street, Dluga, so you are close to the best restaurants, but block from the noise Room: Our room was nice, decent sized and the bed was comfortable. Only issue is the wet strip that forms in front of our shower from the sprays. WiFi: We had no issues Breakfast: The spread is plentiful (nothing like what you get in Asia though, but it's still good) and the hot food and some cold food changes every day. We were there 7 days and there was always something new. The food is quite nice Fitness Center: Average. Rather than run on the sole treadmill, I suggest running in along the river. There's hardly anyone out early in the morning and it's wonderful to see the architecture without the crowds Public Transportation: Very convenient - from the hotel, it's a 10min stroll to the tram stop, bus station and train station Dining options: Plentiful 4.5+ within 5mins walk from the hotel. We recommend Zielony Zakątek Restaurant (duck & burger were excellent), Restauracja Dominikańska (excellent Polish cuisine at reasonable prices & large portions), Słony Spichlerz (food court with many good stalls, located along the river - we recommend sitting upstairs if you want somewhere quieter) & Dobra Pączkarnia Gdańsk (if you want to try delicious Pączki)

Air con didn’t work unbearably warm room

The property couldn’t have been more central. Great for hopping on/off public transport and some great restaurants on doorstep. Hotel was spotless and the staff very welcoming/ helpful. Rooms big and very comfortable. Breakfast was super and something for everyone.

Nie pierwszy raz korzystalem z hotelu sieci Hampton by Hilton i w roznych miastach. Za kazdym razem bylem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Wysoki poziom obslugi, swietne lokalizacje, fantastyczne pokoje i wysmienite sniadania! Rewelacyjny hotel!

Great location, literally 30 seconds from the Dluga street and the
