For an American tourist in India, this is wonderful place for initial landing in Mumbai. Walking distance from the Airport, good amenities that you can expect from Hilton stay in America.

Average room, good staff, very average breakfast and poor access to dining room which was not very appealing. Food laid under the stairs!! Choice of food limited and not even warm and inviting. Disappointed ☹️

Bathtub stoppers dont work, mattress is old. Food and service is impeccable. Its in the middle of heavy perpetual construction area and its adjoining multiple big hotels which all host late night wedding parties, so try to get a suite or a room on a high floor. Would stay here again.

Check in / check out was easy. Staff all over were helpful Breakfast was excellent - good selection in Buffett and you can order hot items and fresh juice from the menu. Rooms were clean,& large for a property this close to the airport. We didn’t stay long enough to comment on pool.

We did not get the room we booked through you. We booked the room with king bed and a a second room with a sofa bed. Instead we got a small room with a king bed. We expect a refund please. Because it was an inferior room. There was no view either all we could see is workers doing building Other than that all the people were nice. Breakfast was excellent

I booked this hotel on the basis of it having a pool. Unfortunately during our stay there was a wedding which meant the pool was not available. We should have been told of this in advance so we could have changed our booking to another hotel.
