Helpful staff who are very friendly. Accommodation was clean and tidy and well presented. Very close transport links make this a good location to stay

Really good and clean with free big water bottle, better than we expected and big room long and clean toilet. We got the nice view on 5th floor. Definitely come back again if we visit London.

Room very small, although very clean. Hardly any room around the bed. No chair. Shower very erratic, freezing cold one minute, scalding another. Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing.

We stayed three nights at Ibis Styles Gloucester after abandoning our reservation at the EasyHotel at Lexham Gardens. The Ibis was close by and reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised. From the moment you enter you are greeted warmly and sincerely by the young staff and quickly assigned your room. Coffee and beverages are available in the large comfortable lobby. I would take off 1/2 star for the room size, but for the price I wouldn't. It is a bit of a tight fit. The bathroom and shower was great. You can also open the window for fresh air. We really enjoyed our stay, and given the location it's an all round winner.
