The hotel position was perfect , staff can't do enough for you . Would choose this hotel again. Be aware lots of building works all around on most of the hotels in the area.at this tine. Updating which is needed, especially to the rooms which are a bit dated

Everything was excellent , from arrival to departure. They even checked us in at the hotel for our departure flight as they have a check in counter connected to the airlines.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and amenities were easily available. Relaxing environment and also breakfast was the best thing to have included.

The staff were amazing, so happy, genuine and made the week an absolute joy. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and the facilities were amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better first resort experience.

While we enjoyed aspects of our stay, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our package included daily room cleaning, however during our 6-night stay the room was only serviced 2–3 times. We expected a much higher standard of housekeeping from a resort of this calibre, especially when it was included in the package we paid for. This inconsistency impacted our overall experience and is something that needs improvement.
