Beautiful location with view to the Marina and next to a nice shopping mall with a lot of great restaurants Needs some maintenance and renovation The breakfast buffet is great and the staff are very nice

We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the location was prime! I only removed a star due to the shower not being as clean as we would have liked, and the room not having a mini fridge for our drinks. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant!

The hotel is conveniently located in Puerto Cancún, close to really good restaurants, shops and the ocean. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer great views. Amenities such as the gym are well maintained, and the food is good as well. Where the hotel falls short is in the level of service. While the staff are generally courteous, they are not particularly proactive or attentive, and do not consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have a positive, seamless, and convenient experience. The service lacks the level of attentiveness and hospitality one would expect from a property of this caliber, which ultimately detracts from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
