The service was below standard. 2 of the 3 nights spent at the hotel having the shower blocked. I had to request twice before someone came to fix it. One day one of the towels provided had a bunch of hair. I asked to be replaced, after waiting for more than half an hour in the room, I had to make another request to get the towel replaced. It seems to need 2 requests before any action.

Staff were not helpful, dirty, house keeping was done at the wrong time, wouldn’t even provide toilet roll

The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to China Town. Friendly staff but the hotel rooms are starting to show their age. Breakfast is very limited.

nerary number, this is a hotel reservation going to Ramada Encore by Wyndham Chinatown Kuala Lumpur on 27 FEB 2025 . Dirty unsafe not up to the quality standards we are looking for- request a refund and /or a credit ..terrible experience not good for a first time visit to Malaysia

The location, staff and property were great! Unfortunately when we were there they had run out of toilet paper. The hotel never went out to buy any for the guest during our whole stay.

Stained linen, ceiling in the shower had a hole in it and was patched with a piece of cardboard. It still leaked. Pictures of the room were misleading. The front desk workers had no answers to any questions. Location was good but there was always someone laying on the hitel stairs.
