No hot water. Repair work was planned without letting us know at the time of booking. Request for early breakfast due to fasting was denied which is pathetic. Did not feel like anyway close to Intercontinental Hotels I would not recommend anyone as you have many Better option in this off season time in Madinah

As always, the staff were excellent across the board. Check‑in was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a wide and varied selection of food that won’t disappoint. The location is ideal—close to boundary gate 328, providing convenient access for women to enter the mosque through door 16 on the western side. I’ve always considered this hotel one of the best places to stay in Madina.
