Super friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Very convenient for all parts of the city. Recommend upgrading to Horizon if possible as excellent value for money.

Couldn't ask for more. Best room, great horizon club, best breakfast we had, made such a fuss of our toddler. Clean and lovely facilities

I checked in to a Premier Selection suite which I also stayed in last year and had to request more hangers as usual. The room was spacious with a separate lounge room but occasionally there was a slight sour smell in the lounge room. Fortunately the hotel still has soap bars if you do not want to wash your face with liquid hand wash. This room has access to the Horizon Club where you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners although I did not enjoy the wines on offer unlike my previous stays. The lounge staff and the hotel staff in general are very friendly and helpful and it is a short walk to the Bukit Nanas monorail station for exploring the city. The hotel still has a complimentary shuttle service to certain areas from Friday to Tuesday but the schedule has been reduced compared to my first stay many years ago. Most importantly the bed is comfortable and the room is soundproofed although I had interrupted sleeps every night. This is a hotel I will continue to use in the future.

Excellent short stay .

Absolutely fabulous hotel, the staff we’re all so helpful and treated us so well, we loved the welcome everyday we arrived back at the hotel, the room was spotless and loved the turndown service we had with our room, we also had the horizon club included which was fantastic including afternoon tea and cocktails with canapés which is so worth it. The food was amazing, as was the ambience. Our first stay at the Shangri La hotel we will definitely be looking at going back and looking for others in the chain.
