Laundry & microwave are ready to use in lobby, the room is quite small but okay for 2 person in the middle of Ginza.

The rooms are very small, and housekeeping is limited they only change the towels and take out the trash. However, the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Employees were nice and rooms were very clean. Trash and towels are replaced everyday and bed is done if you leave a flyer on it. No breakfast, and while washer is good, dryer needs to be used 2-3x depending on load size. But overall good experience

The location is excellent. It's close to transport links, convenience stores and some great coffee shops (Roar Coffee). My room was spacious, clean and quiet so a 4 day stay didn't feel crampt or uncomfortable at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, courteous staff, and located in a quiet street! Although it's a quiet side street but very accessible to transit, Ginza and the fish market. For breakfast, instead of the add on, you can easily get them around the neighborhood and better value. But over all very comfortable stay.

Location good in Giza. Small room but that’s Tokyo. Very helpful staff, well maintain property. I’d stay there again but upgrade the room.
