It was a comfortable room, the location was practicable with restaurants and convenience stores close by.

The property is located about 5 minutes from the train station. Is also situated near restaurants and stores. The Laundry room is a big help for long stays. Staff are not on the property from 10am to 3pm. You can call them by using the reception desk. It does not offer housekeeping, and you have to pay the city taxes separately from your booking. Overall the Hotel is a good place for the price and location.

හොඳයි In theory, the common areas should have been a great asset to the property. In practice not so much. One extremely large group monopolized the kitchen and common area every evening. A different group left dirty dishes and egg shells in the sink in the mornings.

The room itself was impeccably clean, however there is no housekeeping during your stay, so you will have to be responsible for maintaining it. The laundry room is fine, if not a bit inconvenient since there's no coin machine and it only takes specific coins that the hotel doesn't have in stock. The location is excellent though, you can immediately walk to a famous historical site, and Kyoto station is only 5 minutes away on foot. Super safe and clean neighborhood.

Great room for 4 people, nice size bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen dining area on the ground floor was a great space, bright room and large enough for a few families to use at once. It was always very clean.
