Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast good but hopefully with better refill frequency. Outdoor pool is nice but not enough towel.

I booked the multi-bed suite with the wet bar. The room was spacious and comfortable which was important to me traveling with 6 of my grandchildren. We will definitely book this room again.

After days of reading reviews & searching for a hotel to stay at for our disneyland trip we decided on this one! Very happy with our choice. Price point was much better than staying anywhere in Anaheim & free parking! There are no more complimentary shuttles from hotels since they shut those down so if we chose to stay in Anaheim we'd be paying for overnight parking ($25-$50/ night) & parking at disneyland which was another $40/day). No thanks, we were only a 10 minute drive away. Rooms were clean & spacious (2 queen beds, queen pull out sofa bed, w/ wet bar suite). No bed bugs which is always a plus. If you're a light sleeper be aware that floors/ceilings are thin so if your upstairs neighbors are walking you could hear it. Didn't bother us, we were defeated after disneyland. Complimentary breakfast is always a win. Pool wasn't crowded & water was warm. Feet in the jacuzzi the day after disneyland..... yes. Gym had dbs & not just a treadmill so get that in when you can. Lastly, the receptionists were accommodating. I asked for a possible late check out so we had time to use the pool on our last morning before heading out & they were able to give us until 12:30pm which was okay we didn't need all day. Just enough time to swim & shower in the room before heading out. Experience it yourself. Book that trip ;) Sincerely, Mom & Dad of 5.

We booked our room specifically for sleeping and showering, we had a baseball game prior and early Disney day the next morning. I selected a room with a regular shower and non-shared room. Upon arriving I was told my room was “upgraded”. The room we were moved to was a larger room with a shared door and an accesible roll in shower. The shower curtain does not fully close so after a long day, a steamy decompression shower was not in our cards. On top of that the shower drain was clogged and water spilled out into the bathroom. Some of my items got wet. Overall, it was an okay stay. I really wished they would have asked before making the change.

Pretty nice property friendly staff and nice rooms

Loved that they actually had 2 beds and a pullout couch unlike the other place I originally booked. Also great that they have a laundry machine and really good breakfast.... also only 7 minutes from knotts

Great place, great staff, clean and convenient location

They need to clean thoroughly at bathroom, especially showeroom. And the staff( 6/4/ Thursday) doesn't respond nicely to guest. He has no professional mind of that position should be.He needs to get trained more.

It was a typical Hampton.

Great stay as I visited Knotts with friends. Room and facilities were excellent. Would recommend!
