In my room floors where dirty, covered in small black stuff and there was a puddle under the desk that I assume was floor cleaner, came up tan and didn't have a smell. There was hair on the shower curtain that couldn't have come from me. The fridge didn't work and when I opened the fridge it smelt terrible like fermented. There is also no microwave in the room. The ac unit make a high pitched rattle sound the whole time. The elevator was broken and the stairs are coved in duck tape.

Hotel smells really bad. Got assigned a room on the 3rd floor and the elevators are not in use. The breakfast station didn’t have any selection aside from Raisin Bran cereal water cups for coffee. I asked for refill on the coffee thermal and the worker had an attitude. Will not be returning.
