Stayed 1 night in a studio room with breakfast. Room is clean, bed is super comfy. Breakfast was good (select from the menu, 1 food item & 1drink). Convenient location.

I try and make a point of staying at the oaks, the rooms are always clean and well presented. Staff are very professional especially Theo he’s always on the ball and can generally sort any issues.

“Great stay overall. The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The kitchen facilities were handy and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay again.”

Great location big rooms. They forgot an extra towel in our room as we had 2 adults and 1 child. Didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free but all good because plenty of parking out the front of the hotel.
