Korner Louvre

Love the location and big window. The room is okay size for downtown Paris, but it can add more chair and small table by the window. The bathroom is very tight, maybe typical for Paris, but the tub/shower combo is very difficult to maneuver, and since the tub is small and bottom is curvy, it is difficult to stand and shower head is not the best.

What you paid for that is location. This is hostel more than hotel. Basic breakfast. Everything is self service. The floor is kind of dusty due to renovation across street.?

Basic room but convenient for all attractions

Location is great; its within walking distance to Louvre and Opera House, and also close to subway/RER stations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best price value option in the area.

Wonderful location, helpful staff and very cool room.

The good: Love the location of this hotel, we were an 11 minute walk from the Louvre and we found navigating really easy. There’s plenty of cold water to drink in the kitchen and the place was very clean. The front desk was helpful- the rooms don’t come with irons or shampoo but they can be provided if you ask. The not as good: Check-in was almost forty minutes past when we were told (3:35 instead of 3). Not the biggest deal in the world, but after 15 hours of travel it was an inconvenience. We also had to track down the house cleaner to refill toilet paper- she cleaned our room but didn’t give us TP. The elevator is big enough for one person only, so if you’re claustrophobic just plan on not using it at all. The bad: Our room was TINY. Can’t sit on the toilet without your knees touching the sink. No room for large suitcases. I’ve stayed in hostel rooms that were larger. Curiously, my friends and I all booked the same room (single full bed) and their rooms were significantly bigger. So I guess it’s luck of the draw? My partner is 6 ft 2 and the room was so small he really struggled to get dressed and move around. There was no working AC so the rooms were very hot. We slept with the windows open. All in all, a great budget hotel if you’re looking for a place to sleep and nothing else.

I stayed at Korner Lourve for four nights in a twin double room. The room was on the smaller side but there was plenty of space for two people. Our bathroom was also a good size. We did have friends staying at the same hotel, and their rooms and bathrooms were much smaller. The staff were very friendly! Hotel was easy to find and super close to so many spots. There is a metro stop right around the corner! I would definitely stay here again.
