නියමයි Room was clean. But bathroom facilities very old and rusty looking needs to be replaced.
U do have bathroom noise from next door rooms so rooms not that soundproof.
Location is great for transport amd city touring etc.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Very convenient location and quite cheap but not a great room. Small and felt very dated. Staff were friendly (Kim) but you get what you pay for. Lights didn't all work. No window to open.

හොඳයි Staff was nice, and the hotel was convenient to catch the bus to the airport. The room and hallways leading to the rooms though were run down. As a housekeeper myself, my room was not cleaned at any high standard, but can’t be too bothered since the price was cheap for the night.
The only thing that was frustrating were the room keys. They say to not have it be near your phone or it’ll deactivate, which is understandable. But there were instances when my phone was no where near them and it just stopped working so you constantly have to go back to reception, which mind you is not 24 hours. I took a family member to southern cross in the early morning and on my way back my card didn’t work, so I had to wait until 7 am for someone to be there and activate my card again.

How many hotels turn the fridge off so your drinks are hot until you work it out and do not supply milk for coffee.
But gave me powered milk when I asked for milk.
How cheap is that.

not the most upmarket hotel but good value and perfectly located for Marvel Stadium, Entertainment, The Trams, Spencer Street Station and the airport bus.

Property was close the train station which was very convenient for check in and check outs. The room was very big but the lighting was more ambient then full on lights not a big deal but something to note
