No laundry room and not enough parking, small pool and only continental breakfast.

The room was clean nd the bunkbeds my kids loved the pool was great we even got to check in alittle earlier nd park before we got booked in but they did not serve a breakfast like the website said it was very disappointing

Stayed with a group of 7, room was great, with a lot of space. The 2 bathrooms came in handy. Sink was clogged, but I cleaned it out (had hair build up, but not that big of a deal to me really) I think the only thing we didn't like about this property was the horrible water pressure. Everything else was great and we would stay here again

I had booked this hotel for the breakfast but due to them remodeling, the breakfast that is shown in the property pictures is not what you get right now. It’s more of a quick stop snack breakfast. The room was clean, pretty quiet at night. The TV didn’t work. Tried watching tv but signal was not good. Also too many cars in the parking lot when it was time to leave I struggled to get out. The construction workers park blocking other cars parked in actual parking spaces. There was cars parked by the exit drive way making it hard to leave property.

We stayed for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and the location was great since it was only 7-10 min walk to convention center and was very convenient.

The worst parking they have more rooms than parking spots!! The coffee maker didn't work. All the The pipes with thin walls. It sounds like a motor going aby time someone turns on the water. I couldn't sleep a wink The entire night. I will never return to this hotel. You can't pay me to go there. I normally longer Best Western Plus buy this one doesn't deserve the name!!

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, conveniently located close to Disney and Anaheim Convention Center.
