I was disappointed with my experience. I have stayed at Holiday Inn and many other hotels in different countries and have never faced this issue. I have never had any problems with guests, managers, or staff. Other hotels also allow our clients to visit. I kindly request that you review this policy for future guests. Thank you.

Very small room. No closet space to keep clothes. Wash basin in the room. Bathroom floor was slippery. Wash basin would not drain. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was decent.
