After checking in we were told that there was no hot water available due to replacing the water heater. We were told it would be resolved that evening...it wasnt fixed until the next morning. I asked if they would be willing to comp our breakfast as a way of "making up for it", we were then given 2 vouchers. The next morning we learned that those vouchers were only good for a few items, not a full breakfast.
When we turned on the water the next morning it came out brown but eventually cleared up. When we talked to management about our experience we were told that we could have canceled our stay without penalty, an option that wasn't offered to us. They then said that they would give us "Marriot points", which we never received. They also offered to give us a breakfast but at that point we were already checked out and wanting to leave. Horrible experience and waste of money.
