Holiday Inn Express & Suites Galveston Beach by IHG

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience.

I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to . The staff let’s just say they were very un enthusiastic and not very helpful on explaining things like why it took so long to get my room cleaned when 10 to 15 people came right in and checked in ( some even before 4 o’clock . All in all I give it a 2 out of five because for being on vacation I spent more time dealing with issues then I did enjoying the stay at the facility. Also this may be on me but if I’m paying to stay in your hotel then why didn’t I know that I had to pay 15$ a day to use your parking. P.s seems like every door you go through SLAMS behind you and or you hear everyone else’s doing it ALL NIGHT LONG ……..

The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. Best part of this hotel is location since it is right by the beach with amazing balcony views. Very overpriced for what you get. We will find somewhere else to stay next trip. Parking is an added $15 per night.

I have stayed at this location once before. It is very convenient to some close by restaurants and I had a decent view from my room. The only thing that didn't work was the elevator in the parking garage. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

Very clean rooms and property awesome staff very friendly great breakfast 10 out of 10 for sure.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The parking garage is away from the hotel. So when you check in ensure to take down your stuff with you or else you have to drag your beach stuff and luggage from 1/2 a block away. The staff was nice and hotel had nice beach views.

The rooms, location, staff, breakfast, everything was wonderful! I highly recommend!
