There was a problem with the Nespresso machine in our room, but the staff put it right quickly and gave us free fries as a gesture of goodwill

Excellent location, rooms comfortable, quiet and well presented. Continental breakfast buffet had lots of options but food was old, stale and overall disappointing. You also have to pay extra for any non instant coffee on top of the $37 charged to us for breakfast. Definitely skip the breakfast if you have to pay for it. Plus side is there are lots of places within walking distance with much better food. Overall it’s a good place.

The room was clean and well equipped with essentials for our stay! They had parking in the back of the property which was super convenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast was $25 NZ per person if not booked directly with the hotel.
