The hotel is not as advertised. They need to separate the hotel reviews from the resort reviews as well as the pictures. Be careful when booking because they have the resort pictures displayed as the hotels. These are two different places and different atmosphere. You are in the middle of the ghetto here and have to take a shuttle to go to the beach at the resort and the shuttle is only every hour. My sheets on my bed were dirty and the pillow case had blood splatter on it. The bed is hard as a rock, we had to check to make sure there was an actual mattress. Do not book the excursions through them, the guy that books them lied and said they go to Sugar beach to get us to book and we never went there and was rude when I asked about it. You can get it $30 cheaper online. The breakfast is limited and if you don’t eat pork don’t waste your time booking all inclusive.
