Check in with the front desk was very quick and easy. The person who checked us and offered us free water which we appreciated. We didn’t stay very long, but our stay was easy.

We recently stayed in this hotel 7/10-7/12 2026. It was the worse experience we've ever had. Our first night our room was never cleaned. We had to track down a house keeper at about 3pm Sat to have them partially clean. No apology, no answer why it was never cleaned... At that point we exited the room for the 3rd time that day. We then went to the pool where we had property stolen. After getting minimal help from the front desk we contacted the police. We were informed the camera that faces the pool is very limited and only has a livestream and only a manager could access it. And why wouldnt you have a camera that faces your pool? Drowning? kids? We found out our property was at another hotel. So, why were people staying at another hotel utilizing your pool? Not once did any of your staff make us feel safe or a priority during this whole situation. Your staff did inform me that your hotel only has security at night (i guess crimes dont occur in daylight). So, we were forced to call for a ride at nearly midnight to come pick us up due to the fact that our car keys were part of the items that were stolen. No partial refund being that we left nearly 11 hours early! Again no apology by any staff member. So, I hope the amount of money that we spent at your establishment lasts quite sometime because we nor anybody we know or anyone who will read this will think about wasting their hard earned money at your establishment. Thanks for making our future hotel options so much easier.

Hotel waived the nightly parking fees which was greatly appreciated. Hotel a bit run down with room soggy and musty smell. Location near freeway 22 so very convenient if you want to stay close to Garden Grove and Westminster.
