සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Blood Stained Sheets, indescribable odor, broken internal security lock because the door was recently kicked in, bare feet slightly stick to the carpet, trash on the balcony, And the worst part was the counter didn't seem to care! Did I mention the blood stained sheets!!!

When I pulled into the parking lot, I seen a large gathering of homeless people hell they were camped out at the end of the parking lot. I was tired. I’ve been on the road for 12 hours. I needed to sleep. I checked into the room to find there was no refrigerator no microwave. The faucet on the lavatory wasn’t even secured to the countertop. Let’s talk about the mold that is growing underneath the air conditioning so bad that the drywall is falling apart. Let’s talk about the thousands of cigarette butts right in front of the hotel room, which was 112 was the room number. Let’s talk about about the cockroaches. The German cockroaches. This place is disgusting. I would not recommend this to anybody I’m gonna do my best to get a hold of the Pensacola health department and get that business shut down.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was fooled by the pictures…it doesn’t even resemble the pictures. Bed had been slept in and left sheets dirty. Asked for clean sheets and got them. When I changed the sheets, the pad on the mattress had what appeared to be poop on it. Duvet cover was also stained. Room was filthy. There was some kind of slimy film on the floors. A used dental floss on the floor. Handles on drawers had never been cleaned. There were 4 lights over the bed. Only 1 worked. I can’t believe that Red Roof lets this property use their name.

The hotel is in very poor condition. The stairs felt unsafe because the wooden steps moved when we walked on them. The bathtub was rusty. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. The pillows were extremely dirty and old; when we removed the pillowcases, they looked disgusting. The couch was very old and dirty, and the room smelled terrible.
I will never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You guys can close down/ the health department should close you're establishment down. Mold and mildew that's very unclean smelling 👎 my sheets was dirty mattress looks like they were retrieved from the trash 🗑 i guess because this drugs aint festive.

There were hair on the bed and the blankets were soiled with bodily fluids. Thankfully they gave us new sheets but the toilet were disgusting.

Dirty, disgusting and horrible staff. Do NOT waste your money. Go anywhere but there. Inside the room we stuck to the floor, toilet had splatter of urine dropping down the side and seat. The appearance on the outside is just as bad. We asked 3 times for towels since we used EVERY one to clean the floors, and were told that they didn’t have any, then told ME to take the dirty towels to the laundry. We also had to ask twice for toilet paper. If we hadn’t gotten in so late, we would have gone elsewhere, but with large dogs and spring break places were limited. The manager said “F##k you” when my husband complained.
