Great location, near Dundas square, tons of shops too. Rooms are clean, well kept, and nicely set up. Staff were very helpful and friendly, zero complaints. Recommend as an indépendant hotel, there’s pride in the business.

Excellent hotel! Check in was amazing, smooth, easy, great service! Room was great size, very clean, great amenities. Breakfast included, entree and coffee at the restaurant, food was great and great service too! The location of the hotel was perfect across from Massey Hall where we saw a show and close to the Eaton Centre, a nice walk to everything else as well, and restaurants. Perfect central location! We will be back for sure!

Le personnel était gentil et courtois. La chambre était propre. Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit et c’était bien. Près de plusieurs magasins, restaurants et pharmacies. J’y retournerai dans le futur.

Staff was great at checking and during our visit. Breakfast service was nice. Room was clean d well maintained. All in a nice hotel.

Staff was very rude. A/C did not work in our room and the hot water did not work either. If you ask a question they act like its outside of there job to help you. More specifically the middle aged women who worked Saturday morning 6.27 doesn’t know anything about customer service. Was not willing to do anything to help and pushed us aside

Everything was wonderful. It was clean. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were beautiful but don't trust the pullout couch, you can feel every coil in the mattress! Other beds were super comfy!
