It is not a four star hotel and it is inferior to Best Western and Palace Central Square which are three star hotels we stayed this trip. The hallway smelled mod covered by deodorant. The bed was so worn out that we sat in a hole on it. After the first breakfast, both my wife and I felt stomach trouble, and after the second breakfast the next morning we had diarrhea. The only positive thing we experienced was its location.

Excellent buffet breakfast, clean and comfy room, and centrally located near attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right next to a paid parking lot if you’re driving.

Great location situated conveniently between upper and lower town, close enough to stay parked and walk to everything. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions. We’d stay there again!

Very clean hotel and room. Great walkable location but easy access by car as well. Lovely staff and nice breakfast with lots of variety. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice staff, parking for our rental car was a huge plus. I usually scoff at hotel breakfasts but theirs was amazing!! Lots of choices & tasted very good & fresh. I would say the only negative is that they dont supply much toilet paper & one towel per person. I asked for an extra & never received it. Would stay again & highly recommend.

Excellent staff! So helpful ! Lovely room and big bathroom! Breakfast in morning. Walkable to old town, town square, market and cathedral and shopping. Would stay here again!
