I had an excellent time at the hotel. The hotel was very clean, very well priced for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was included and food was fresh!

Tuvimos una estadia de 2 noches. Llegamos 11 am y nos permitieron um early check in lo cual fue fabuloso. La habitacion comoda y espaciosa. Cama comoda y aguas de cortesia. El desayuno buffet frente a la piscina , muy variado. En nuestra segunda noche habia una fiesta frente a la ventana de nuestra habitacion lo cual era inconveniente para descansar, llamamos al front desk y nos hicieron un upgrade sin costo a una habitacion igual pero lejos de la bulla. El personal , instalaciones y servicio 100 puntos. Recomendado 100%. Volveremos a este hotel en nuestra proxima visita a la Hermosa ciudad de Arequipa.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The llamas and tortoise were an extra, my family enjoyed them very much.

The hotel had excellent service. Very nice employees greeting you and taking your luggage. The food was good and the breakfast was abundant. I would recommend they have screens for their windows to prevent bugs from coming into the dining room. The king room we had was excellent. The atmosphere and the animals outside in the complex were very cute to see. The

My flight was cancelled because there was a heavy rain and the hotel did not honor us to get reimbursed for our purchase. There were other several airlines that the flight was also cancelled. They closed the airport and they knew about it but still did not help us at all.
