I absolutely loved my stay at the Westin Grand in Frankfurt. The property was very modern and in a great location with access to the Old Town/River, restaurants, and shopping. The access to Public Transportation and the airport was great. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious-great open shower. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, room was clean , staff were all very friendly, the pool/ sauna area was beautifully maintained and was fully stocked with towels for day use. Restaurants were nice , the tapas lounge was very slow to receive service but the staff were pleasant. Would recommend .

Really enjoyed the hotel—this was my first visit to Frankfurt, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything close by. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our rooms early. The rooms themselves were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide and appealing selection. On the downside, we occasionally experienced long waits for the elevators, and the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable, which made the room a bit warm at night. Overall, a very good hotel experience.
