The hotel is wonderful! The staff were amazing and very attentive to your needs. Everything is super clean. The restaurants were soooo good!! I just wish it had more activities for kids aside from the water obstacle course in the water.

Definitely not the experience we were expecting. Cabo was so much better. Half the restaurants the food was awful. Staff were hit or miss. Rooms were not always cleaned. Towels were not always available at pool. I can go on…. Definitely disappointed for how much was spent.

Lobby, hallways, and some restaurants were uncomfortably warm. Staff was exceptional and so was the hospitality.

Everything was awesome great staff and service. Only thing the beach had a lot of seaweed that’s it. I’m sure they are looking to fix that it’s only nature not resorts fault.
