Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.

A little difficulty checking in, but sorted rather quickly. Property was well presented, clean and tidy. We did have a problem with ants, they got into some food.

The apartment itself is ok, good for a short stay with minimal issues. Needs some maintenance on the metal gates.

නියමයි Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc)
Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels).
Ample food options at the ground level as well.

This place was fantastic!
Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful.
It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge!
In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too.
It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for.
One last thing. The host Patrick was very responsive and easy to communicate during our stay.
We strongly recommend this place!
