The staff was exceptionally warm, empathetic and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The team was attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.
Special thanks to Anwar for making our breakfast extra special by offering ginger tea when my daughter and I were unwell especially with so much rainfall Jakarta weather in January.
You're setting a high bar. Please continue your superb efforts.

Poor preparation- e.g. super soft rice and oversalted dishes
No sweet treats
No pancake/waffle station
Limited Fresh fruit selection
Very disappointing experience

Deliberately watered down hand soap, body wash and shampoo - very cheap
On a very hot day the room the Ac was not turned on even to the highest temp setting - room was musty and humid
Unlike some Holiday inns - no nice air refresher in common areas
Lack of pride in work
Lobby Area
Furnisher worn and unkempt
I observed no staff tidying up in between guest use
Service
The staff was the best aspect of the hotel. Generally good natured. warm and helpful
Overall impression
Management seems invested in cost cutting and it shows everywhere. The quality is subpar for the brand

Amazing staff. Clean beyond imagination. The price to quality is not real. Getting top notch service. Highly recommended. Will definitely consider Holiday inn for all my future trips to Jakarta

For the price point this hotel checks all the spot! Though located a little far from shopping area (around 20min drive) but its so clean and comfortable would book again definitely!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The only small issues were the street noise at night and a slightly slow-draining sink. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.
