The location of this hotel could not be more perfect. It is so close to the T (subway), shopping, and restaurants. I felt incredibly safe in the location as well. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Devon at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure my daughter’s 16th bday trip was perfect. The ability to text and ask questions of the hotel and get an immediate reply was so helpful. Yes the hotel is a little older and the rooms are small, but I loved the decor and character. Surprisingly the elevators are crazy fast and we never had to wait around to get to our floor.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Beautiful lobby and bar in the hotel but the rooms could use some upgrades. Perfect location near the public garden and common.

Our room (two queens) was small, but the location is great, being very close to the train station, excellent dining/shopping options, and the Boston Common. Had many friendly interactions with staff - concierge, gift shop, cleaning crew, etc. Would stay here again.

Look like 5 star hotel. Facilities are poor. Room size is very small two people cannot walk or stand and move freely in that room. Bathroom- a little chubby personality can not in the shower area, even cannot stand and cannot use. I believe kids also could not be. Overall my experience it is not worth.

It is a great location within a walking distance to the Esplanade, Boston Public Library, Copley Place, Boston Commons & much more. There is garage parking at reasonable rates across at 115 Providence St. It should be noted that if you are visiting the area on a Sunday or a public holiday parking on the street is typically free. However, I would like to mention that if you are a Hilton Honors member, booking through Expedia is a big disadvantage as you lose the breakfast credit . Also, I felt the check-in / checkout process would have been different if I booked through Hilton directly as an gold honors member. I also found the rates charged by Expedia versus if I had booked directly with Hilton is actually the same.
