IT IS MY FAVORITA HOSPEDERIA BUT FIND CHANGE THAT CAN AFFIELD WHAT WAS GOOD SERVICES AND QUALITY AND IS THE KITCHEN SERVICES THAT HAVE PERSONAL SERVICES SERVING FAST AND NOW THE SAME PERSON SERVES AND IS NOT GOOD FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF UTENSILIES FOR HEALTH OF US HOSPEDATES. I want to RETURN TO THE PERSONNEL IN THE CLEANING OF FOURTH AND IN THE KITCHEN. ATTE. SR. MIRANDA

Great for a family vacation! Breakfast was very good satisfied everyone's needs in the morning. Property was clean and well maintained. pool was clean. only downside was the unexpected change that was not listed previously during reservation but changed that parking you had to pay for. for our trip that was over $200 we were not expecting to pay.

I was really disappointed. One reason we booked this trip was the convenience to getting to and from SeaWorld. The shuttle service was an hour late taking us and over and hour late picking us up. We were out there waiting in 100 degree heat with small kids. After waiting for over an hour, we just decided to get an uber to take us back. The rooms were clean(ish). They have nice amenities in them. Not a 4 or 5 star at all. They didn’t clean the rooms while we were gone. So we had to ask for new towels and remove the dirty towels. I’m used to much better service from residence inn. Our stay was well below the normal service we get from them.

Nice property. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Front desk staff was unclear about parking questions. Comfy rooms.

Our room was exquisitely clean. Breakfast served was awesome. The pool outside was so huge and enjoyable for the kids and parents alike. Highly recommended!
