It is one of the most amazing experiences ever. The staff was above and beyond expectations. They are fun, helpful, and professional. The location is right in the middle of everything including the water bus, taxi and gondola dock, If you’re lucky enough to get a room here, book it

Wonderful characterful room well appointed and close to the Palazzo's facilities. Breakfast was sufficient and taken in a luxury salon style room surrounded by old masters (or copies thereof) Ensuite bathroom luxurious and fully equipped.

This hotel is located on 3rd floor requiring to climb very long double 3 flights of stairs and elevators were broken entire stay. At the time of reservation this was not shared. Staff was very apologetic and helped us to carry the luggages but there was no sign of repair men working on this issue. This was a huge issue for my 72 year old mom with back and knee issues especially after long walk

Palazzo Bembo is a beautiful retreat in the busy Rialto Bridge area of Venice. Transportation is just steps from the door, restaurants and all the sites are an easy walk. The staff was great. Alice and Mattias took great care of us, even walked us downstairs and waited till our water taxi to the airport arrived. Definitely our choice next time we’re in Venice.
