Great vibes and very helpful staff 10 out of 10 stay for me

the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean, but the ventilation system is poorly maintained. Couldn't sleep comfortably. The in-room phone did not work and the cleaning staff did not replace the towels removed from the room.The sink in the room was leaking.They need to add a refrigerator to the room for guests.

Was only there for a night but everything all around was good.

Friendly staff plus all night bar it was great way to start a birthday weekend. The best place I have stayed hands down. So beautiful inside and very clean.

The room had a distinct smell to it. The ac unit in the room was pretty noisy when it would turn off and on automatically. The shelf in the bathroom was broken, there was some kind of substance embedded into the comforter/duvet. The valet staff was kind. It wasn’t much of a staff issue as much as it was a software training issue. I’m assuming the property doesn’t get many bookings through Expedia which may be why they couldn’t figure out the system for about 20 minutes. They did provide a complimentary cocktail with the room booking at the in-house bar in the lobby. It’s not too far of a walk from the main part of the French quarter like bourbon street, cafe du monde, the Mississippi River, etc. parking is around $20 a night which isn’t terrible, but it’s not listed on the Expedia listing. Just making note. Checkout was a breeze and waiting for the car from valet was nice, grabbing a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar in the lobby as well.

We had issues at check-in with the a/c not working. The front desk was quick in getting us an updated room. George was very helpful in helping us move all our things from the old room to the new one and ensured the ac worked properly. I appreciate the quick fix. The ladies at the bar were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

This is my second time staying in Moxy hotel will always be my go to hotel for a peace of mind and relaxation staff and property is guest friendly very nice and informative also helpful thanks for making my me always feel welcome

Any time I come to New Orleans I always stay here!

Terrible, room wasn’t available for hours after check in. Smelled like pot and cigarettes everywhere. Staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating
