They do not offer transportation to the airport because the hotel is being remodeling but, nobody told me when they stopped it. I had to call an Uber and self payment. People at the front desk are not very nice or helpful.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance.

DO NOT book this slum. If you like smoke-filled rooms, dirty shabby carpets, peeling paint hookers in the hallway, this is for you. I checked out after 2 hours. The only reason I stayed that long is I had to wait for a ride to escape. No elevator for access, I fell down 7 stairs.
