Host cancelled on day of travel - offered alternative which did not work for our needs: Refused to cancel through Hotels.com claiming they would charge him 250.00. Then he made a partial offer of refund of 83.00, we had paid 120.20 on platform: He then refused to honour refund when Hotels.com contacted him: He also refused to use the Booking platform message system, which is there as record. Avoid booking anything through this company:

Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.
