Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

Every thing was excellent

Everything about my stay was amazing!

Front desk staff were amazing. Parking was complicated and confusing. Housekeeping did not get to the room until late evening, so it was not ideal and room never was cleaned.

Nice hotel/ enjoyed my stay - here’s how it could have been better: - the comforter in my room was HORRIBLE- to the point of embarrassing- def needs to be replaced- down or filler is clumped and choppy - Venetian restaurant was closed on a Saturday- crazy! - bar staff (other than on young lady whose name I didn’t get) was slow and way less than enthusiastic and efficient than I would expect in anything other than a dive bar.

Was told self parking was $15. We checked in cleaned up got dress and left for the event. Next day upon leaving we was charged another $30

Very very upset. Paid almost $400 for a night stay here and our bedding had stiff stains on both beds, pillows and there was dirt or somethimg looking like dirt on one of the beds bedding also.

Room was pretty clean. The hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and ready

Location was good and parking was convenient, while expensive. But the bathroom had a strong sour smell, like wet towels left too long in the washing machine. What I wish the hotel would have told me, though, was that a marathon’s starting/finish line would be literally outside my window. Equipment and sound checks began at 4 am and continued until the marathon itself, with thousands of runners, joined the noise. We got no sleep but couldn’t even leave in the AM because of road closures. I feel like the hotel should have said something at check-in. At the very least I would have insisted on a room on the other side of the building and planned for the travel time I lost in the morning.
