The property seemed fairly new. It was easy to locate, the room was very nice & clean. We stayed one night on our way to a birthday party.

My rooms AC Unit had the room damp, around the clock. So my clothes would be damp, when you’d walk in you’d start sweating regardless of how cold you set the temp. I mentioned it to the front desk when I left. Besides that the stay was great.

Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was fine but had noisy neighbors. The breakfast was good. Fitness room was locked and had trouble to access. Safe in room was locked and could not open it. Lack of toilet paper in bathroom was annoying but could get more from front desk.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is refreshing to see such a nice group of staff enjoy engaging with the guests whenever a guest arrives. Very much appreciated the friendliness, it’s not always like that when you travel. They deserve a shoutout. Great breakfast too! Our room was very clean when we arrived.

Our reservation was canceled because we weren’t aware of the Hotels.com policy, and the young lady at the front desk informed us in a very rude and unhelpful manner. She showed little consideration and only assisted us with rebooking. She eventually offered a small discount for signing up, but only after giving it to another guest first. We also had to repeatedly ask staff to replenish our towels. Breakfast was at least decent.
