Estuve en este appart hace dos años y era realmente excelente.
Ahora se nota que ha bajado notablemente el mantenimiento y ya no es lo mismo.
Sigue siendo muy buana la ubicacion sobretodas las cosas

Our room wasn't ready, resulting in a check-in that was over an hour late. It likely would have been longer if I hadn't vocally complained. I suspect they upgraded our room to make up for it, but due to poor communication, we aren't entirely sure. If the staff had actually explained what was happening instead of just repeating "we are fixing it," I would gladly give 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity ruined the experience.

Arrived at 17:00 stood in queue 30mins no room was available. Waited 30mins for room. Once in room was in bathroom when two other travellers entered the room, luckily my son was there to escort them back down to reception. Then room key was disabled and had to be replaced. Went to breakfast room wasn’t marked as free breakfast had to go back to reception to get corrected. The words piss-up and brewery spring to mind.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was exactly as promised. The small kitchen was very useful.The hotel was a 14- minute walk from metro station, but we visited in May and found the walk enjoyable. The area felt very safe, and overall we had a great experience staying there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

නියමයි I reserved the executive studio based on the photos you published on your site . the room is not corresponding to the photos and it is more the same like normal studio with a different coffee machine and beverages . dont understand how such error is coming from your respectable site . iwill attach the photos which you need to compare it with yours

The place area was a 10 minutes walk to La Defense train and metro station with a large number of shops and restaurants. Few minute on the Metro and you will be at Eifel Tower or Champs Elysees. The studeo flat was spacious and reasonably clean. Reception staff were helpful. Sadly you get alot of noise from the traffic, and the shouting noises from the street 24/7 and hard to switch off and get some food sleep. And if you walk to the train station early in the morning, please be aware of people on the streets harrasing you for whatever they want.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The listing was very misleading compared to the actual experience. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the overall maintenance of the property was at a very low standard. Unfortunately, this made the stay quite disappointing.

For a 4 star hotel, I expected more. The room wasn't very clean, the shower pressure non-existent, and the hot water sporadic at best.
