My entire experience from check-in to check-out has been nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff, notably Sultan and Feras, were incredibly helpful and attentive. As a solo woman and non-Arabic speaker, I appreciated how they helped me navigate the area, from worship areas to shopping. They were both super accommodating and made my experience in Medina unforgettable. Will definitely be back!
