The staff are all very friendly and polite. Room is clean and bright. The free laundry service is a pleasant surprise. Many Singaporeans seem to chave chosen this hotel, as we hear the familier Singlish, and see the familiar Singaporean behaviours all around us. Dinner was great too as they collaborated with a nearby Japanese restaurant, which saved us a ton of trouble going out. Highly recommended!

Beautiful boutique hotel with clean & spacious room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast area was not big but has a good variety of food which our family (kids included) enjoyed very much. Has a washer & dryer at 1st level, free for guests to use. Parking was not right next to hotel but was easy to locate & just a very short walk from the hotel - not an issue at all. Thank you for the good stay - will be back!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms and cozy lobby. Breakfast area was small but the selection is great. My kids love this hotel so much. Free wine tasting and laundry facilities. Only downside is the public bath is just hot water not natural hot spring water.

This is my third time staying at winery. Room is comfortable, spacious. Breakfast is small but mighty, every dish is made with quality. Love their puddings😍 One improvement I suggest the hotel can improve is the number of laundry machines, would suggest to invest in 2 more dryers. The dryers take longer to dry and are always in high demand.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the hotel vibes were pretty good. Only downside is that the parking was a bit far from the hotel itself. Room was spacious with great amenities in the whole of the hotel

We had a wonderful 3 days stay at Winery Hotel Hitohana. The room is of good size and very clean and well maintained. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes drive to the town centre so ideally it would be convenient to have a car. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent and had good spread of western and local cuisines. All in all, we will not hesitate to come back again if we visit Furano again.

Couldn’t fault it! Big rooms, great amenities, on site restaurant and public bath, amazing breakfast, lounge area and daily wine tasting, quiet, comfortable and friendly attentive staff - centrally located - we were sad to leave!!
