We arrived in Anchorage just after midnight and we called the number for airport pick up repeatedly. No one answered. There were multiple rooms here and eventually one of the people got an answer and the shuttle came to pick us up. The whole hotel needs updating. Paint on the walls is peeling, dark and dingy hallways and stair cases and couches that we didn’t even want to sit on or put anything on. I was not expecting the Ritz but this was a let down. Also there is no hotel but rooms on three floors so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. This was not a problem for us but was for others arriving on our shuttle

Very badly maintained rooms. The room smells so bad. Carpet was not cleaned. Worst stay, I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Bathroom was not cleaned. The blanket has holes.

Full kitchen with no dishes, silverware or cookwear. Hotel was very outdated and in need of repairs. Bed was not comfortable.

The property needed a lot of updating, hall carpet was very soiled and it stunk. Outlets in the room didn’t all work, appliances very old and scratched up, toilet seat didn’t fit properly, hair dryer never work even after making management aware. Not a very pleasant experience for me. I’m hoping for some kind of refund. Room definitely not worth what I paid.

Just don’t! Door wouldn’t latch because the room had obviously been broken into previously and poorly fixed.
The bedding was “crusty.” Only one can guess from what, but obviously wasn’t washed between guests. Promptly refused the room and got a refund (along with other customers)

Beds are clean. Staff are very helpful. Yet the microwave rotation table didn't work. The fridge had a opening in the door seal, found it because the inside door light didn't turn off. Bathroom have water damage on the wall. But the bathroom was clean. Living space was clean. Being evacuated in the middle of the night on an accidental fire alarm wasn't great.

The staff was super. The motel is dated. The hallway flooring and lighting are due for a makeover. They do have a freezer for fish.
A fire alarm went off after I went to sleep, probably not a recurring concern

La ubicación es buena e incluye traslado gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel, sin embargo el hotel esta viejo, muy oscuro para mi gusto por dentro. Deben actualizar la pintura del hotel y mejorar el letrero. Desde afuera parece un hotel a la venta .

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු in much need of a complete renovation. Smoke alarm missing, fire extinguisher missing, tv didn’t work, Kitchen did not have the capabilities to be used. On the “Plus” side, there was a McDonalds next door.
