Great hotel, we’ve stayed here several times. Clean and comfortable. Only two things that I’d love changed/improved is their TV- I couldn’t find a guide and channel flipping was delayed so was pretty annoying. Also I couldn’t find a way to have Netflix/hulu/disney on the TV. Second thing is the blackout curtains were worn and didn’t seal correctly on one side. Let a lot of light in unfortunately.

The air conditioner is terrible noise, whole night can't sleep well, we also find a small cockroach on the side of the trash can. Air conditioner should be improved!

Stay here when we travel to Mayo clinic and love this place. Beds comfortable and rooms are clean and roomy. Breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly

Have stayed here several times on trips to Mayo Clinic and will do so again. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfy. The breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly.

Booked to attend an event at the Desert Ridge Improv and was a great location. I would drive instead of walking to the venue it was a little further than I thought especially walking in the Phoenix heat! The property was nice the rooms were clean I would book again.
