This is probably the best hotel ive ever stayed at and ive travelled the world. It exudes old world charm. It is a classy establishment just a stones throw from the challenges of the outside world...the restaurant is stylish and the food superb..the pool ditto..please consider staying here if you get the chance.

The room was dirty with stains on the towels glasses un clean also the fridge was filthy Staff never seemed interested apart from you signing for drinks

Sidath was our waiter and made our stay so special - he was wonderful. X Jeethm- looked after our every need by the pool . He was very attentive and pool was sparkling clean . Highly recommend this place to stay in Kandy- all staff were amazing . Thank you for looking after us so well .

It was well located and a beautiful hotel in the public areas but my room was very plain and problems as noted and more expensive than an amazing hotel the next two nights. Also no menu on website so I just bought groceries and ate in my room

When we arrived the hotel was closed. We were given no notice. We were concerned as we had already paid for the hotel. A security guard directed us their sister hotel who honoured our booking which was great but not the experience we expected. I would say the pictures must have also been misleading given it was closed for renovation. The sister hotel was in a great location but very old and rooms not great. Would have preferred to be told and have booked elsewhere.
