This was by far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. I went to Hanoi for a wedding and I’m from the US. I was only able to get breakfast a couple of times because of my schedule and it was the only meal that I had that tasted like home. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely friendly. The grounds are well kept and all in all it was a very pleasant stay. My room was also a 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi!

I found all the members of staff to be professional, respectful, and well trained. The grounds and facilities are excellent. I will use this hotel again for future visits. I enjoyed my stay.
