The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, we had gone to a concert and couldnt get into the room when we got back due to the room key not working but sorted it staight away. There is a busy road outside the hotel so it was quite noisy

Clean room staff were helpful location was easy to get to. Was a really comfortable stay. My only complaint was the shower was really temperamental with temperature and pressure.

Location was great, however they need to modernize, no airconditioner, have to pay for wifi, charging costumers for parking!!!!!!!! The lack of those services was not known before we booked.

False advertising. Booking stated free breakfast included, however it was an additional 10£ per person! I would have booked else where.
